2). RETURNS POLICY:

Each item must be returned as new with the manufacturer’s tags attached and in its original packaging
I haven’t the Foggiest will not accept clothes, product or accessories that have been worn, washed, stained, smells or altered. Any returns that are not new, clean and undamaged will be sent back to the customer at their cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You have 14 days from time of delivery to return any item to I Haven’t the Foggiest ltd for refund, exchange or a credit note after you have received your order.
To make a return, you need to:
– contact us for a returns form by emailing info@likefoggiest.com. Check that your name, phone number, email and address are included on the returns form. Enclose the original receipt. Package each item carefully, including manufacturer’s tags and original boxes/packaging, and use the mailing bag originally sent to you with your order

UK and overseas returns

If you decide to return your item for a refund, please use the original mailing bag if possible. Please return the item and any complimentary gifts that come with your items, sent with your item (s) via a Signed for Service and keep hold of your Proof of Postage. When we receive the item and any attached complimentary gifts (for purchasing) , we will refund the price of the product. The value of complimentary gifts do not exceed beyond £10 value. If they cannot be returned in the original state, £10 will be deducted from your total. At the time of purchase you may choose not accept complimentary gift. Let us know. Pls note, all shipping to the recipient and all shipping returning the product is the customer’s own. For all UK orders over £250, we pay for your shipping. Pls note. If returned, the order will then deduct the complimentary shipping from your total. If you are overseas, you will also need to pay the charges that wee complimentary including any incurred import duties before we can accept return of package
I Haven’t the Foggiest cannot be held responsible for items not reaching our office. The unwanted item is the responsibility of the buyer until it arrives here safely.
Refunds:
For refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the amount that you paid, minus postage costs and transaction fees. Refunds will be made within 28 working days of the date that we receive your returned package.

Exchanges and credit notes

You can exchange any item for a different size or colour. If the new item is more expensive than the original, you will need to pay the difference.
You will need to pay the postage for the exchanged items. This will be added to the bill for the exchange.
Alternatively, you can have a credit note which you can spend at likefoggiest.com at any time within the next six months.

If you have received I Haven’t the Foggiest products as a gift you can exchange them for a credit note good for 1 month.

If the new item is more expensive than the original, you will need to pay the difference. Please note that you will need to pay the postage cost for exchanges.

We cannot issue refunds for gifts, except to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding shipping costs and transaction fees.

Christmas returns

Any Christmas gift orders placed in December can be returned before 7th January for a refund – usual policy terms & conditions apply.
You will need to return the order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take great care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 28 days of us receiving your return parcel and exclude all shipping costs.

Repeated returns

 We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and refused at our discretion.

Claims

Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to the company within 7 working days of delivery. The company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by the company promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the company for examination.

Liability

If the customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, the company shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer credit for their invoice value. In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods

Specifications

The company reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and size. The customer’s statutory rights will not be affected.
